Levonelle is a single-tablet emergency contraceptive containing 1500 micrograms of levonorgestrel. It's licensed for use up to three days (72 hours) after unprotected sex, and works best the sooner you take it, ideally within the first 24 hours. Like ellaOne, it delays or stops the release of an egg from the ovary rather than ending a pregnancy that's already happened.
