In the pharmacy we also process health information, such as your prescriptions and consultation records, as required to provide NHS and private pharmacy services. This clinical information is handled under NHS data standards and our professional obligations, not through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use website enquiries and booking requests solely to respond to you, arrange and manage your appointment, and provide the service you have requested. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

We process website enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and managing appointments you request. We only share information where necessary to provide your care, for example with your GP practice or NHS services, or where the law requires it. Our website hosting providers process data on our behalf under contract and cannot use it for their own purposes.
